I just got back from the gym and i feel great, but not perfect. I always get on that ellipictal trainer *i have no idea how to spell it* and i can't stay on for more then five minutes! whats a great way to get in shape for it? Like time and level i should be doing..or w/e.|
I know i've already asked this..but i need all the gym info. I walked for 30 minutes at a 5% incline at 4.0..i burned a little over 200 calories. Then i did a few weights and a 7 minutes bike workout.
i need to burn more!!
